Big willy was nice to reply to me.Thanks willy. He whats to go bad but pryer commitments. So I have changed my plans to go to cabela's saturday morning. Have a few things to get, cheaper for me to travel down there to buy even with gas inclueded in the bill. That just sad then buying locally. I will still try to get some thing going when some one can make a trip.

Re: Team hunt challege?

did this happen, and did anyone have any luck?

It sure sounded like a lot of fun, and I had hoped to hear some tall tales!

Re: Team hunt challege?

I live and work in Florence County, if you guys ever put one on like this again, it would be nice to put some faces to all the screen names. I have a camp and live by County land, but definitely lack the experience to put something like this on, Id like to hear how it worked out. Let me know if anyone ever made it up to CoyoteCold's camp.

If you have never been to Florence, its beautiful, and we have a ton of public land. Here is the breakdown if anyone is wondering

Acreage Breakdown:

Average available for public access, hiking, hunting & fishing:
Federal: 83,341 acres
State: 8,622 acres
County: 41,472 acres
Towns: 3,752 acres
Industrial Tax Law: 53,093 acres
FCL & Open MFL: 12,709 acres

I have a buddy that deer hunts up Florence way. I have never been there, but I have been in the area, and it sure is beautiful. It would be great to do something up there. sounds like there is plenty of room to roam.

Re: Team hunt challege?

ok guys, i will try and have a challange again this year and if no one commits then i am done. To make it fun i think i will have draw for partners. Or set up rookies with experenced guys. if you are interested please let me know! Right now i am looking at DEC. 17-18-19 2010. The dam dnr and all there deer seasons you have to wear orange. And that dont sit good with me. Please shoot all the deer so i can do some real hunting. I know its summer but i will check this site more towards fall and if you want to call my cell go ahead. 775-781-9688. I am doing a coyote hunt right now for problem dogs on a farmers land. woo hoo only wish it was in fall so i could use the pelts.
Thanks Captain Rick (coyotecold)

I am interested. I don't know what work will bring, but I doubt it would preclude a day off or two. It sounds like a blast!
